The purpose of the Pastoral Care Team is to try to keep members, who are unable to regularly participate, connected to the daily life of the Church. As one church family of God, the team reaches out with love by cards, calls, or visits to those who are unable to regularly share in this family life and have been placed on the Extra Care List. If someone would like to be placed on the Extra Care List, has a family member needing extra care, or is interested in home communion, contact the church office or any Deacon.
